Waitlist privacy notice

Last updated: 22 June 2026 · This notice covers the agenture.co.uk waitlist only.

This explains what we collect when you join the Agenture waitlist, why, and the choices you have. It is written to be short and plain.

Who is responsible for your data

The controller of your information is Robert Tonnessen ("we", "us"). You can reach us about anything in this notice at privacy@agenture.co.uk.

What we collect

Only what you give us on the waitlist form:

We do not collect your IP address or use tracking cookies on the waitlist form.

Why we use it, and our lawful basis

We use your details for one purpose: to email you when Agenture opens, and to understand how much early interest there is. Our lawful basis is your consent, which you give by joining the waitlist.

Where it is stored

Your details are held in a database hosted on Microsoft Azure in the UK South region (the United Kingdom). When we begin sending launch emails, we will use Microsoft Azure Communication Services to deliver them.

Who we share it with

No one. We do not sell your data, we do not use it for advertising, and we do not share it with third parties, beyond the Microsoft hosting and email-delivery services described above acting on our instructions.

How long we keep it

We keep your details until Agenture launches, or for 12 months from when you registered, whichever comes first. We also delete them sooner if you ask us to. After that they are gone.

Your rights

You can ask us to show you the data we hold about you, correct it, or delete it, and you can withdraw your consent at any time. To do any of these, email privacy@agenture.co.uk. If you are unhappy with how we handle your data, you can complain to the UK Information Commissioner's Office (ICO) at ico.org.uk.
